Our high and low temperature integrated machines and temperature control reactor oil machines feature a high-precision temperature control system with PID technology, achieving an impressive temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C. These systems include advanced sensors and intelligent control modules to swiftly adjust and stabilize temperatures, ensuring every chemical reaction progresses under optimal conditions.

A fully sealed pipeline design and high-efficiency plate heat exchanger enhance thermal efficiency and enable rapid temperature adjustments while reducing thermal fluid consumption. The heat transfer medium operates within a closed system with the expansion tank isolated from the circulation. This ensures the expansion tank temperature remains between ambient and 60°C, minimizing the risk of moisture absorption and evaporation during operation.
