Positive Pressure Explosion-Proof System: The equipment body adopts a positive pressure explosion-proof system, with a built-in thermostat to ensure that the system environment is maintained at room temperature.
Efficient Heat Exchange Medium: Compared to traditional antifreeze or other fluids, this equipment utilizes the refrigerant from the refrigeration system as the heat exchange medium (phase change heat), resulting in higher energy efficiency.
Regenerative Dryer: A regenerative dryer is integrated to ensure that the positive pressure system remains dry inside, preventing any condensation of water.
Heat Exchanger Options: The system can be combined with a high-pressure microchannel heat exchanger or a shell and tube heat exchanger (99 MPa) to form a heat exchange and temperature control unit.
Variable Frequency Control: The equipment employs variable frequency control technology, with a technical parameter table indicating the cooling capacity at 50 Hz. When the frequency is adjusted to 70 Hz, the cooling capacity will increase proportionally.
